Privacy policy
Logicelio is published under the trading name TRADIKOM. This page explains which data may be processed when you use the website, request a guide, subscribe to the newsletter or contact Logicelio.
Contact
If you write to contact@tradikom.com, the information you provide is used to answer your request and follow up on the correspondence.
Newsletter subscription
When you choose to subscribe to the Logicelio newsletter, your email address is sent to Resend, the technical service provider used to manage contacts and email communications. Registration is recorded only after explicit consent through the checkbox provided.
The newsletter may contain new Logicelio guides and comparisons, as well as information about offers and benefits from selected partners. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Complimentary guide
The guide is offered as a bonus after subscribing to the newsletter. It does not constitute a separate purpose for collecting your email address: without consent to the newsletter, this form does not send the address to Resend.
Resend
Resend is used to store contacts who have consented to the newsletter and their subscription preferences and, when sending is enabled, to deliver Logicelio emails. The technical status of the sending domain and the registration of a contact are separate operations.
Logicelio does not publish API keys or Resend secrets on the public website. The credentials required for the integration are stored on the server in the designated environment variables.
Protection against misuse of the newsletter form
To limit automated or abusive registrations, the newsletter form sends the IP address of the person submitting it to a technical counter hosted by Supabase (database in the Canada region). This IP address is used solely to limit the number of attempts per address over a short period. It is not linked to your email, retained beyond this technical check or used for other purposes. This database stores no other personal data relating to website visitors.
Data retention period
Newsletter contact data is kept until consent is withdrawn, the contact is deleted or the data is no longer needed to manage the subscription relationship. The anti-abuse counters described above are automatically deleted approximately 24 hours after the last associated attempt.
Hosting and technical logs
The website is hosted by Vercel. As with any web service, the hosting provider may process technical information needed to operate, secure and diagnose the service, including connection logs.
Audience analytics
Logicelio uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand page views, traffic sources, devices and certain functional events. Logicelio may also enable Google Analytics 4 and conversion tracking for Google Ads to assess advertising campaigns and clicks to partners. These Google tools are loaded only after consent, when their identifiers have been configured on the website.
Logicelio events do not transmit any free-text content entered in Logicelio Lab: personal notes and recorded obstacles remain stored locally in the browser and are not included in analytics data.
Partner links
Some links may redirect to partner vendors. Once you are on a partner’s website, its own privacy policy applies, and it may use technologies to attribute a sale or subscription to Logicelio.
Data transfers outside the European Union
Vercel Inc. (hosting) and Resend (email delivery and newsletter contact management) are companies based in the United States, so the data they process for Logicelio may be transferred outside the European Union. These providers are responsible for implementing safeguards recognised by the GDPR for this type of transfer, such as standard contractual clauses or the applicable certification framework, depending on the provider. Please consult their respective privacy policies directly to find out which mechanism is in effect at the time of your visit, as it may change.
The anti-abuse counter described above is hosted by Supabase in a Canadian region. The European Commission recognises Canada, for organisations subject to the federal personal data protection law, as providing an adequate level of protection for this type of transfer.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw your consent to the newsletter. For any request concerning your data, contact contact@tradikom.com.
If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL), the French supervisory authority for personal data protection.
