Does the connector really cover your journey?
Consider Make and Albato for connecting applications through a hosted service. Start by finding the correct trigger, the search for an existing contact and the required write operation. Choosing by the advertised number of applications may hide the absence of a single essential action.

A four-point comparison
| Criterion | Make | Albato |
|---|---|---|
| Unit to be observed | Loans per share, with particularities for the AI | Transactions of successful steps after trigger |
| Budget | Volume consumed by modules and repetitions | Plan and transaction package |
| Recovery | Control the imported newspapers and scenario | Control the data taken and repeated entries |
| Point of vigilance | Consumption of loops and external services | Overrun procurement and actual availability of Teams |
From a representative form
Prepare a request with an email address, a selected product and an attachment. List the fields that must reach the CRM. Add an existing contact to check updating, then a request missing a required field. The aim is not simply to get a green execution status: the final record must be usable by the salesperson.
If a field is missing, check first if the chosen trigger exposes it. An additional request can solve the problem, but it adds a step to maintain and potentially to bill. Document this compromise. This protocol proposed to the reader is not a trial performed on Logicelio accounts.
Compare usage after the pilot
In Make, record the credits consumed by the route. In Albato, observe the transactions after the trigger. Do this reading on a simple request and on a batch. A repetition or a secondary branch can significantly change the result.
Then write two forecasts: your normal volume and the volume for a campaign. Keep the bills for the CRM, sending service and any AI provider separate. The automation plan does not necessarily cover their subscriptions or their own allowances.
Albato: Control what happens to the exceedance
Albato's help documentation describes automatic purchases of additional transactions when an available balance or card permits them. These transactions carry a 50 % price increase. Without available funds, automations may be suspended. The person receiving alerts must therefore know whether they can change the plan or stop a non-priority workflow.
The collaboration also deserves prior checking: Teams is still marked as coming on the page consulted. Do not build your organization on advertised functions only. For the trial, conflicting durations appear between the official pages; check the one proposed for registration.
Make: preparing the transmission of the scenario
The visual representation is useful if module and branch names remain understandable. Add a business explanation for important decisions: why a request is rejected, which identifier prevents duplicates and who handles an error. Have someone who did not build the process take it over.
Keep a blueprint and list the connections to be recreated. In your procedure, distinguish between putting the scenario back in place and checking that destinations receive the correct data. Validate the recovery by finding the right data in the destinations.
The decision rule
Choose the solution that covers the required actions, supports a clear recovery process and keeps costs acceptable during the busy month. If both fit, the maintenance time observed during the pilot can help distinguish them. Do not choose an annual plan before checking the complete workflow and the overage terms.
