What to remember before choosing Axonaut

Axonaut is more suitable for a small business which wants to link quotes, invoices, CRM and cash in one folder. For an activity that uses only billing, the cost per user should be compared to the actual gain of centralization.

What Axonaut offers on a daily basis

01
Quotes and invoices

Axonaut brings together quotes, invoices and credit notes, with recurring and progress billing options. For a long-running service, examine how the deposit, progress billing and final balance fit together, rather than looking only at the document template.

02
CRM and sales pipeline

The CRM brings together contacts, opportunities and communications. For a small team, the benefit is finding the next sales action and the customer's documents in the same record. Check who takes over a follow-up when a colleague is absent.

03
Cash flow and reconciliation

Bank connections and reconciliation link transactions to invoices or expenses. Distinguish money already received from sales still expected: a sales opportunity remains an assumption until payment is received.

04
Expense management and bookkeeping preparation

Expense supporting documents feed purchase tracking and accounting exports. Have your accounting firm validate the journal settings and the documents required. Shared access and exports must match its working methods.

The facts that change the choice

What to know about Axonaut

  1. 01

The FAQ lists the monthly price without commitment as €97 excluding VAT, with one user included. Each additional user is advertised at €29.99 per month; reduced prices require payment for a longer period.

  2. 02

The vendor announces CRM, invoicing, cash, inventory management and exports in the same subscription. External services activated separately, such as signature or online payment, may add fees.

  3. 03

To compare with a billing tool alone, simulate a quote converted into an invoice, its payment and export to the accountant with the actual number of employees. This path checks the value of the modules combined without pretending that it was tested by Logicelio.

When this option makes sense

Who it is for: small businesses that want to bill and CRM in the same tool.

When to look at another approach: Freelances only wanting to edit some invoices.

Price: what you really need to budget

Limits that may change your mind

The return appreciates all-in-one coverage CRM, billing and cash, while judging that some modules are less advanced than specialized tools. The reduced price implies a longer commitment: compare the duration paid and the number of users with the no-commitment rate presented in the budget section. If you only make a few invoices without CRM, cash or business management, a lighter solution can avoid paying for unused modules. Control exports and the role of the accountant before migrating.

Preparing your decision

Three checks to see if Axonaut suits you

Axonaut deserves a cross-cutting journey: prospect, estimate, invoice, receipt and accounting export. It is this continuity that justifies a multi-module management tool.

  1. From prospect to invoice

Create a contact and quote with down payment, then prepare your bill. Examine the data taken without restriving and correcting a document.

  2. Settlement and cash flow

Associate proof and a bank movement with the demonstration invoice. Check the tracking of a partial payment and the information provided to the accounting officer.

  3. Term and team members

Compare the non-commitment rate to the payment over several years. Add additional users and external services activated separately.
