Official visual of Bluehost: what it represents
New Bluehost Portal Dashboard documented in August 2026. This is an official product visual, distinct from an interface screenshot. Logicelio relates it to the product’s positioning, “Web and WordPress hosting”, and to these features: WordPress hosting, domains and website creation tools. It makes no claims about elements that are not visible in the image.
The visual comes from an official Bluehost resource.

What to remember before choosing Bluehost
Bluehost brings together several purchases that may seem to form a single subscription: hosting, domain and associated services. For a first site, the priority is to understand who has these elements, what expires and what will be renewed. The initial budget is only useful if it allows for the continuity of the site and emails.

What Bluehost offers on a daily basis
Bluehost documents their renewal separately. An unrenewed domain can disrupt the site and the addresses that use it, even if the hosting is still active. Keep dates and an accessible means of contact independent of the domain concerned.
The renewal list is separate from registration promotions. Compare the same plan and duration. A monthly amount displayed for a long commitment does not necessarily describe a monthly billing.
If a provider creates the site, define who owns domain, hosting and recovery data. The end of the mission must not make the company dependent on its personal email address. Prepare for transfer and access from the start.
For each service added, ask what it covers and if an existing tool already meets it. In particular, check the actual scope of backups and messaging in the proposed plan. A pre-coded box is not a suitable recommendation for your activity.
When this option makes sense
Who it is for: site creators who want to understand the full bill and deadlines.
When to look at another approach: Do not confuse a domain offered during a period with a free domain lastingly. Do not assume that all options visible in the basket are necessary for launch.
A first site entrusted to a provider
The launch price should not be the only criterion. The company must retrieve access, understand renewals and know how to move its data. Hosting is acceptable when these items are documented, not only when the home page is displayed.
Price: what you really need to budget
Limits that may change your mind

Three checks to see if Bluehost suits you
Establish a budget over two periods and verify the ownership of the components of a first site.
- Decompose the basket
Separate hosting, the domain and optional extras, each with its own term.
- Check property
Control holder, admin access and recovery. Use an address that will remain available for domain issues.
- Planning deadlines
Note renewals and cancellation conditions, then the backup and transfer procedure.
What TechRadar actually tested
This test was carried out by TechRadar, not by Logicelio. I cite it to provide a perspective based on actual use, without adopting its verdict as my own.
The protocol announced: Testing of hosting, management panel, performance and support.
TechRadar reports that WordPress is easy to get started with, performance is good and support is responsive, but renewal prices are significantly higher.
