NordPass will not suit every business. Use the replacement criteria below and compare reviews covering the same needs where available.
NordPass is presented as a password manager for individuals and businesses. The profile described in its sheet is a password vault shared with administration options. Before migrating, check that the new solution actually improves this point without shifting the problem to the number of users and business or business functions.

Migration test. Switch from a computer to a phone with demonstration accounts and prepare a recovery from these devices.
Each alternative below is compared with NordPass in terms of its purpose, intended users and main cost drivers.
Compare the retention and sharing of identifiers, team accesses and the recovery of the vault. An antivirus does not fulfil this role.
Password manager for individuals and teams
To confront NordPass: teams that want to secure and share their credentials. Costs to check for 1Password: users and plan type; for NordPass: user count and business or enterprise features.
Open-source password manager for individuals, teams and businesses
To confront NordPass: users and small teams that want a shared vault with an open-source approach and administration options. Costs to check for Bitwarden: user count, enterprise features and any choice of self-hosting; for NordPass: user count and business or enterprise features.
Password manager with sharing, autofill and team administration
To confront NordPass: teams that want to centralise credentials and reduce informal password sharing. Costs to check for LastPass: user count and advanced administration or security features; for NordPass: user count and business or enterprise features.
Test the same scenario in two products. Same data, same duration. If the alternative does not remove any concrete blocking, migration is probably not worth the time it will cost.
